Allow me introduce myself.

.

My name is Alan Titone.

.

I was born in 1983. I suffered from severe allergies and asthma through much of my early childhood.

.

Everywhere I went I carried an inhaler.  Multiple times a week I used a nebulizer aka “my machine”.

.

Early on I remember having this attitude of “I will not let anything stop me.”

.

I would run and play all the things a child of the 90’s growing up in New York City would; football, basketball, roller hockey, ultimate frisbee, tag.  Often using my inhaler; occasionally running home for my machine - then, immediately joining back in on the fun.

.

I started rollerblading just as the X-Games were getting started.

.

I was always enamored by Jean Claude Van Damme in Bloodsport and anything with Steven Seagal and Chuck Norris. I ended up getting my purple belt in Karate before moving to Arizona from New York.

.

I started to realize that I was not defined and/or restricted by this thing that everyone was so concerned about. I learned many people have restrictions, often of themselves, that they are more than willing to put on you, as a child or adult.

.

“No.” Became a challenge.

.

As I moved into my young adult life, “No” quickly became “Fuck you, watch and find out.”

.

Now, most people know better than to tell me “No” - I fired a mortgage broker once for telling me “No.” The next guy I hired got the job done.  I prefer to deal with people who will make shit happen.  I have been told “No” too many times in this lifetime to know anyone that tells me “No” is not on my team and doesn’t have the right attitude.

.

I joined the US Army, survived all of the physical training and the gas chamber.

.

I had an incredibly “successful” career in Corporate America, working at two of the largest banks along side people with finance degrees from Harvard, Brown, Yale, Wharton School of Business, Cambridge and many others.  I had a degree from a state school in Communication.

.

When I closed the largest deal for $1.2B I did it in 60 days.  I was told “It couldn’t be done” by VPs, Senior Legal Counsel and many others.

.

I was in a motorcycle accident and was told I would never ride a motorcycle again. Since, I have traveled thousand of miles on a motorcycle and am planning a motorcycle trip across Mongolia.

.

I was told to never squat or deadlift because I have two herniated discs and a hyper mobile SI joint. I squat 355lbs and deadlift 500lbs.

.

I have dealt with infertility issues, yet I continue to have an impact on our next generation through my nieces, nephews and all the children I get to teach yoga and Jiu Jitsu.

.

I left my corporate job not allowing others beliefs to impact me.

.

If the future is anything like the past everything is going to work out perfectly.  My past made me better, not bitter.

.

I found so much clarity in my life that I want to be able to share what I remembered after many years - the power of believing in yourself.

.

Unlike many people, my goal is to brainwash you into believing in yourself.

.

You are capable!
